LED Tube Manufactory Base

With 12 years experience in LED display development, production and engineering, 6 years experience in LED lighting, 3 years experience in development and production of LED tube, we have completed or supported our customers to finish thousands of LED lighting and display projects. We are now developing more energy-efficient environment-friendly optoelectronics technology, with the cooperation of some R&D institutions, such as University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and The Hong Kong University of Science & Technology, and the fund support of National High-tech Industry Development Organization.

With the super support of our experience and technology, our products are very reliable and with little problem. Also, our perfect proposal and quality after-sales service take a lot of trouble away for our customers. All these advantages have brought us good reputation and a good many customers, our LED tubes have been sold to more than 80 countries and areas, such as: USA, Germany, France, Italy, Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, Russia, Australia, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Iran, South Korea, Hongkong, Taiwan and many others. We have long-term cooperation with advertising companies, stage equipment suppliers, renting companies, TV stations, metro companies and event planning companies.
 

In order to maintain competitiveness in the market and enhance international competitiveness, we invested a lot in hardware resource and now has established a production and R & D base covering 10,000 square meters and recruited from 300 employee to more than 500 staff.
 

Furthermore, to ensure product quality and production speed, we also purchase a large number of new manufacturing and testing equipment, such as SMD automatic surface-mount machines, six-way automatic dual wave soldering machines, six-way automatic reflowing machines, high-resolution cameras and so on. With these machines, our factory is forming a manufacturing structure of equipment mainly, manual secondary.

It secures the reliability and precision of led tubes. At the same time, according to manufacturing process and sub-tests, we carried out led LED parameter detection, high-temperature testing, brightness detection, point by point correction detection, aging test. With database to control quality, it not only greatly increase our production capabilities, but also greatly enhance product quality assurance.
 

We has added two fluorescent lamp production line, and now a daily capacity of  1,000 led tubes. In the quality system management, the introduction of ISO9001: 2008 management process make production and management processes very strict, thus ensuring that the fundamental guarantee of our company product reliability.

All of our products have passed product quality and certification authority of CE, CCC. Most importantly, our led tubes has passed priorly UL, FCC certification in the industry.
